Real price protection
Price protection on building materials is usually unavailable from most suppliers or is only good for a very limited period of time. Custom homes take longer to plan and build which makes it even harder to get pricing that you can rely on when preparing your budget.
Once you sign a contract to build your home with us we can arrange for a fixed price with our suppliers for design and lock-up materials. A reasonable time is allowed from date of contract to delivery.
Because the cost of design and lock-up materials represent about one third of the total construction cost, you have the ability to protect a significant portion of your construction costs for an extended period of time. In addition we can often fix the cost of framing provided we can base our quotes on accurate blueprint information.
